Outlet Operations Manager (Quick Restaurant Services) for Lebanese Street Food
• Must have degree in Hospitality / Catering or Tourism
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in the same field
• Must have experience in QRS
• Must have experience in catering/FM/ F&B;sectors in UAE/GCC
• Responsible for smoothly organization of the entire daily operations
• Execute Interviews with potential future candidates
• Evaluate yearly appraisal with all operation staff
• Ensure that all Managers, Supervisors etc. receive regular feedback on performance
• Recommend and announce promotions for operations staff and ensure employee development
• Provide operations staff with full information that is requires to successfully execute an event or contract
• Salary AED 15,000 to AED 20,000/-
